How to Install
Installing the Joists (Battons):
If the cladding panels are installed horizontally, the joists must be installed vertically (and vice versa). Fix the joists to the wall using expansion screws. Keep the center-to-center distance between the joists at 30cm - 35cm (if the spacing is too wide, the wall will sag or flex).
Fixing the First Panel:
Start from the bottom or the side. Use a starter clip (or screws) to secure the edge of the first panel to the joists. Make sure to double-check that this first piece is perfectly level or vertical.
Interlocking & Securing:
Insert the tongue (male profile) of the next panel into the groove (female profile) of the previous one. Snap the dedicated fixing clip onto the exposed joint where the panel meets the joist, and tighten the screw. Repeat this process, stacking them like building blocks.
Finishing & Trimming:
Cut the final panel to fit the remaining space. Cover and seal all perimeter edges and corners using matching L-shape corner trims (secured with structural adhesive or a brad nailer).

Q1: Can we install this product in regions with a 50°C temperature difference between day and night?
A1: Yes. Thanks to the modified polymer matrix, the material distributes thermal stress evenly. When installed with our standard hidden clips, it comfortably withstands day-and-night fluctuations from -20°C to+30°C without structural warping.
Q2: How much gap should be left at the end joints during a summer installation?
A2: When installing in hot summer temperatures (above 30°C), the boards are already close to their maximum expansion, so you only need to leave a minimal end-to-end gap of about 2mm to 3mm for future contraction in winter.
Q3: Will the low expansion rate decrease over time as the cladding ages outdoors?
A3: No. The dimensional stability is a permanent physical characteristic determined by the core density and the fully cured polymer-fiber matrix. It will not degrade or change throughout the entire 15+ year lifespan of the product.
