192*13 Reliable & Budget-Friendly First-Gen Outdoor WPC Wall Panel
Product Summary
Engineered by compounding premium recycled wood flour with heavy-duty polymer bases, the panel showcases an unpolished, authentic timber tone through its entire profile. As a highly mature architectural material, it delivers dependable resistance against decay, splitting, and unpredictable outdoor weather. Its exceptional cost-efficiency makes it the preferred, budget-friendly cladding choice for massive commercial landscapes, residential facades, perimeter fencing, and exterior renovations.
Product Features
Non-Reflective Natural Texture
Designed as a traditional outdoor WPC wall panel, it lacks a shiny synthetic topcoat, providing a completely glare-free, matte surface that perfectly mirrors the subtle elegance of raw lumber.
Minimum Investment for Maximum Area
It represents the most budget-friendly category in the composite market, allowing contractors to complete expansive vertical surfaces without breaking project budgets.
Standardized Uniform Density
Produced through a continuous extrusion process, each panel features a solid internal structure that prevents warping, deep sagging, or bowing under normal outdoor wind loads.
Low Long-Term Maintenance Labor
It eliminates the endless annual cycle of stripping, oiling, and reapplying chemical chemical water-sealers required by natural timber facades, requiring only basic seasonal washing.

How to Install
Ensure the base wall is flat, dry, and structurally sound. Install a moisture barrier if necessary. Fix the substructure joists (aluminum, steel, or treated timber) vertically or horizontally depending on your panel orientation. Joist spacing (span) must be less than 50cm (ideally 35cm to 45cm) to prevent panel deflection.
Ensure a continuous air gap of at least 25mm behind the panels. This allows supply air to enter from the bottom and exit from the top, preventing trapped moisture, mold, and heat buildup behind the facade.
Install the starter clips or position the first WPC panel at the base or corner of the wall. Use flat-head self-tapping stainless steel screws to secure the female/male joint point directly onto the joist frame. Use level tools to ensure it is perfectly plumb.
Slide the next panel into the groove of the previous one. Crucial EEAT Requirement: Due to natural thermal expansion and contraction, if installing under 20°C, a 2mm to 5mm gap is strictly required at each butt joint (end-to-end connection) where two wall panels meet. Use extra joists at the ending of each panel to support joint points.
Install matching WPC corner trims, L-profiles, or fascia boards to cover exposed edges, windowsills, and door frames, sealing the system nicely against water ingress while maintaining a sleek aesthetic.
Gap is King
Never butt panels tight end-to-end; leave a 2-5mm thermal expansion gap. Always leave 25mm space behind the panels for airflow.
Solid Base
Do not screw directly into concrete. Max joist spacing: 50cm.

FAQ
A1: It has a highly regulated water absorption rate ($le 1%$), which is significantly lower than real wood. While it will not swell like timber, a tiny amount of micro-expansion occurs under heavy rain, which is why installing professional expansion gaps between panels is necessary.
A2: Yes, unlike second-generation co-extruded panels, the first-generation profile features exposed wood flour on the surface. This porous texture allows it to accept specialized, high-quality outdoor WPC primers and stains if you wish to refresh or alter the color years later.
A3: This is a natural reaction called "weathering." Sunlight breaks down the natural lignin in the wood flour on the very outer surface. Within 12 weeks, the tone stabilizes into a slightly lighter, beautiful weathered look that will remain consistent for the rest of its life.
A4: For basic mud, dirt, or organic debris, a soft sponge with warm water and household liquid soap works perfectly. For oil or localized dark stains, use a soft-bristled brush to gently scrub the spot along the direction of the faux wood grain pattern, then rinse clean.
